2. HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED?

Planning and time management of a recruiting process will make you predictable within the company and not least, the job seeker. A well-planned process contributes to a better time to hire. We are all aware of how costly a long recruiting process and vacant positions can be. Webcruiter’s new planning tool suggests a continuous process based on today’s date and will serve as an assistant along the way.

3. IS THE AD TAILORED FOR YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE?

When the job analysis is out of the way, most of the ad is already done. The text from your analysis will be copied to your ad-builder tool and you can finalize the ad with “inline editing”. In this section you will work in the actual ad and edit it with a proper layout of your choice. With the new photo library you choose photos that will automatically be scaled to your required size.

The ad-building tool also supports video.

4. DOES THE AD APPLY TO ALL PLATFORMS?

Since most people will look at your ad through a mobile device, it is important that it is modified and looks just as good on mobile devices as desktop. How the ad looks on different devices can easily be monitored through the whole process.

5. WHAT SCORE IS GIVEN TO EACH CV?

When the ad is published and the applications are rushing in, you can start sorting candidates. You will start with a first sorting by rating the candidates with a “thumbs up” or a “thumbs down”. Then you will be able to complete a more comprehensive sorting by rating the candidates with scores between 0 and 9, dependent on how relevant the candidate is considered for the position. When the CV-score is set, you can sort the list of candidates by CV-score and then decide who you want to bring in for an interview.

6. WAS THE RECRUITING PROCESS A SUCCESS?

After a complete recruiting process, it is important to take a second and reflect on what you have done so far. Was the recruiting process a success? What can you improve for your next process?

The stats section will give you an overview over different aspects of your completed process. It will show you how many applicants that went through the different steps. Key numbers collected from the applicant base such as demographics are presented to you, where all the data are based on what information you gathered during the process. You are also presented with where the applicants applied from, where they were informed about the ad and establish what your most effective advertising channel might be.

Furthermore, you will get a good overview over the quality of your process and the time to hire compared to what you originally planned. For everyday a position is vacant, it will cost your company money.
