AUTOMATED RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
With simple steps you can set up NEW Webcruiter so the recruitment processes are more or less automated. If you set up screening questions, you will get help getting a preliminary sorting of all the applicants. Here it's also possible to include tests from e.g. cut-e or Assessio. If you have no experience on how tests can help predict how a job seeker will work in the position, we can easily help you get started.
STILL IN DEVELOPMENT
Webcruiter ATS launches new modules and functions 3 times a year. Most recently are video interviews and interview scheduling with synchronization to Outlook. Soon there will be an interview module, candidate survey and much more.
